    It's not easy work, and sacrifices have to be made early on. 2-3 months of hard work is necessary to reap the rewards for the long term.

    Pros

    Excellent opportunity to grow on many levels. This position has been a great way to transition from being an employee to being a business owner. It can be intimidating jumping into a commission position, but the framework and leadership here allow you to seamlessly come into the role.

    Cons

    The first few weeks can be tough because there is a large amount of information to learn. Learning how to operate your business takes patience and is slow at first, but picks up later.
